Game Rules

• Players wanting to game for real money have to be 18 or over. (by law)

• Only one account can be held by any player. The reason for this is so that our bonus offers are not abused. We might close your account if you do not adhere to this policy.

• Players are asked to keep their registration info private. BingoOntheBox.com will not be liable for any damages incurred by account misuse relating to this rule.

• Once a bingo card is purchased, it can not be cancelled and is non-refundable. You can view your bought-cards at the beginning of a game. Logging off from the game does not give you the right of a refund as all bingo cards will run their course, whether you are logged on, or not.

• Occasionally, BingoOntheBox.com will wish to corroborate a gamers’ personal details and if necessary hold back payment of winnings.

• In order to win the JackPot prizes, players must have a self-funded account, (Progressive Jackpot, Cashblitz and Promotional Games)

• Players who provide incorrect personal details risk having payments withheld. The abuse of any policy relating to BingoOnthe Box may also void any payment.

• Management at their sole discretion may hold back any payment to any Player should the Player have provided us with incorrect or misleading details, is found to be in breach of any policy rule, or if for any reason the Player account is not maintained in good standing which may render any purchase or subsequent winnings void.

• Management at their sole discretion may hold back any payment of any game where necessity dictates further investigation caused by any system malfunction in which case BingoOntheBox.com will not be obliged to remunerate players who take advantage of these occurrences and an alternative award may be worked-out on a case by case basis.

• Management maintains the right to close any Player account at any time without notice if found to be in breach of any of the above rules and at its discretion suspend a Gamer’s account, void any winnings and holdback any balance in a Player's account.

• In the case of dispute, the decision of Bingo on the Box management will be final. Always fair, but final.

• In the event of a tie, bingoonthebox.com reserves the right to initiate a playoff between tied-players. In this event, each player will get 6 tickets. The Winner is the player who bingos on a Full House.


Promotions

All promotions offered at BingoOntheBox.com are available to all operators in the Palace Group Bingo Network. The winners of these promotions will be advertised across all operators within the Palace Group Bingo Network.

All promotions are subject to their own rules, as read with the terms hereof. In addition to the promotion rules, if in any promotion there is one non- cash prize (for example, a car or a trip) to be awarded and the said non-cash prize is won by two or more players, we reserve and have the right, at our sole discretion, to revoke the non-cash prize and to award a cash prize equivalent in value of such non- cash prize to be split amongst the winners thereof (pro rata, if applicable).

It is the players responsibility to keep abreast of these rules and policies on a regular basis.

• In registering as a Player at BingoOntheBox.com you hereby grant us your unqualified consent to (a) utilise the aliases utilized by you herein and your chat records for display on television and/or (b) alter or amend such chat records as we see fit when displaying the same on television.
