Withdrawal (Cash Out) Rules

• £20 is the minimum that can be withdrawn at any one time.

• Withdrawals are not allowed within 14 days from first deposit. If a BingoOntheBox.com’s player's account has not been funded with a cash deposit, he/she is not eligible for winnings earned from promotional Bonus Credits or any form of promotional money.

• it is free to withdraw from your account, but it is limited to 1 transaction every 7 days.

• Cash-outs of £500 or more might be require a longer processing period. You can not withdraw more than £2,500 per month.

• Players are required to complete an acceptable amount of gaming activity (defined as meeting the wagering requirements) before qualifying to request a withdrawal. Wagering requirement for play on Bingo- 3x the deposit + bonus value before withdrawing any bingo winnings.

• It is the right of BingoOntheBox.com to request details from any winning gamers for marketing purposes. BingoOntheBox.com Management reserves the right to hold back payment of ANY winnings until such time as the gamer issues our Support Team with a testimonial related to their winnings & a photo for BingoOntheBox.com.

• It is the right of BingoOntheBox.com to hold back payments to any gamer suspected of providing false or misleading information.

• BingoOntheBox.com Management reserves the right to deny a withdrawal request if a player has not funded their account within and prior to 30 days of any win (this includes any winnings derived from any complimentary and / or promotional bonuses, including Bonus Bucks and Credits).

• Payment may also be withheld, pending proof of the player's identity in which case BingoOntheBox.com Accounts Security can request identification documents.

• Bingo Bonus Money (BBz) are forfeited on withdrawal.

• Casino Bonus Money is forfeited on withdrawal.

• Wager Definition: A wager is defined in the following example: if you spend £10 cash on a bingo game, regardless of whether you win or lose, this counts as £10 cash wagered.

• Withdrawal requests before the wagering requirements have been met will be rejected until such time as the wagering requirements have been satisfied.

• Rules regarding payment are subject to change and management reserves the right to modify these without notice.
